At ServiceNow I own the design and prototyping of co-innovation engagements - turning ambiguous business problems into journey maps, storyboards, blueprints, and Figma prototypes that let users see, and test, what an AI-driven workflow could be long before it's built.
Human-centered design is the framework every engagement runs on: I start from real user needs, map the end-to-end journey, find the moments that matter, and bring the future state to life as an interactive prototype users can react to. Recently that's spanned financial services, banking, and the public sector - alongside an AI-assisted workflow I built pairing Claude Code with Figma to prototype design-system-accurate screens faster.
Nearly two decades in, I still believe the same things: human-centered design keeps technology grounded in real needs, you configure rather than customise, and good design aligns people before anything gets built.
